About me
A few words about me
My why......
After 20 years in a fast-paced corporate career—where connecting with people was always the best part of my day—I made the decision to retrain as a Personal Trainer, following my passion for both physical fitness and mental wellbeing.
I bring a true empathetic approach to fitness, with a real consideration of how our hormones, mental health, and physical wellbeing effect how we feel each day and therefore should be a focus when exercising.
With qualifications in training menopausal and perimenopausal clients, as well as Mental Health in the Workplace, I’m committed to supporting you in ways that go beyond just the physical.
I offer a supportive and confidential space where you can move, talk, and feel empowered. Whether you’re navigating life transitions, dealing with stress, or simply looking to reconnect with your body, I’m here to help you regain your energy, build strength, and boost your confidence—both inside and out.
This isn’t about quick fixes or extremes. It’s about finding a sustainable practice that works for you and supports your overall wellbeing. Whether you’re just starting out or getting back into a routine, I’d love to guide you on your fitness journey.

Got questions?
Here are some frequently asked questions.
All sessions are an hour in total. The sessions will be pre-booked and a calendar invite will be sent out using the app Trainerize.
All the exercises will be demonstrated to show execution and form. This can take place as many times as required in order to execute the exercise correctly.
The Programmed 1 to 1s or small groups include a bespoke 6 week programme to follow, based on current exercise levels and goals.
The Active sessions are different workouts every session, including some body weight cardio, strength and resistance. Not suitable for those who have set goals.
Depending on the number of sessions you attend per week, you will be able to reschedule 1/2 sessions per month. Please refer to your contract for more details.
